| Barb Reimer of c2mg Consulting Ltd. has spent more than fourteen years counseling retail gasoline and convenience store operators to be better at their business - deliver the highest levels of customer service, manage risk, and watch the bottom line - while improving their own management skills.
She has worked at the corporate level during this time participating in many initiatives that required sound business knowledge, understanding of the entire value chain, and the ability to work with all stakeholders.
During that time, she also gained experience in the business planning cycle - capital planning, operational budgets, and the monthly reviews of results that occurred the following year.
She is a successful project manager having led a significant process change that involved over 100 vendors, more than 400 Retailers and 75 internal staff to use a completely new system to manage repair and maintenance services for the stations. The project was delivered under budget and on time exceeding the expectations of all stakeholders. Barb is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) an carries the PMP designation.
